About Gem Aromatics Ltd

Gem Aromatics Limited was originally incorporated as Gem Aromatics Private Limited' as a Private Company dated October 3, 1997, issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Maharashtra.
Upon the conversion of Company's status into a Public Limited, the name was changed to, Gem Aromatics Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 17, 2023, was issued by the RoC.
