About Gem Aromatics Ltd

Gem Aromatics Limited was originally incorporated as Gem Aromatics Private Limited' as a Private Company dated October 3, 1997, issued by the Registrar of Companies, at Maharashtra.
Upon the conversion of Company's status into a Public Limited, the name was changed to, Gem Aromatics Limited', and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 17, 2023, was issued by the RoC. In year 1997, Company inaugurated the Silvassa Facility and commenced business operations at Silvassa unit in 1999.
It launched a new business vertical named ' Clove Oil' in 2009 and later commenced production at Budaun unit in 2016. The Company is an established manufacturer of specialty ingredients, including, essential oils, aroma chemicals and value added derivatives in India with a track record of over two decades.

Jubilant Industries Limited was incorporated on February 23, 2007 in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Hitech Shiksha Private Limited'.
On March 16, 2010, the Company became a Public Company and the name was changed to Hitech Shiksha Limited and on June 8, 2010, the Company changed their name from Hitech Shiksha Limited to Jubilant Industries Limited. Jubilant Industries, a part of the Jubilant Bhartia Group, is mainly engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Performance Polymers & Chemicals and Agri Products through its wholly owned subsidiary, Jubilant Agri and Consumer Products Limited (JACPL).
The Company operates in two business verticals: Performance Polymers and Chemical Business, and Agri Products.
The diversified portfolio includes a wide range of Crop Nutrition, Crop Growth and Crop protection Agri products and Performance Polymer products comprising Consumer Products like adhesives, wood finishes, emulsions, Food Polymers and Latex such as vinyl pyridine, SBR and NBR latex.
