HP Adhesives specialize in the manufacturing and distribution of adhesive and sealant solutions along with other ancillary products.

Yasho Industries Limited was incorporated as a Private Company as 'Vasu Preservatives Private Limited' on October 30, 1985.
The name of the Company was changed to 'Yasho Industries Private Limited' on May 17, 1996.
The status changed to a Public Company and name of the Company was changed to 'Yasho Industries Limited' on February 19, 2018. Founded in 1985, by Mr. Vinod Jhaveri in Mumbai, the Company is primarily engaged in manufacturing Specialty and Fine Chemicals for industrial use.
