Indian Emulsifiers Limited was originally incorporated on December 05, 2020, as a Private Limited Company under the name 'Indian Emulsifiers Private Limited' with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
Thereafter, Company converted to Public Limited and the name was changed to 'Indian Emulsifiers Limited' vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 05, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Operating from its state-of-the-art facility at MIDC Lote Parshuram in Ratnagiri, Maharashtra, IEL has built a scalable production base of 7,800 MTPA, complemented by advanced process control systems, in-house R&D, application labs, and stringent quality systems.
With a presence across 9 countries and a growing domestic footprint, IEL's solutions are deeply embedded in the value chains of Food, Personal care, Textiles, Mining, Industrial and Institutional Cleaners, Metal Working, Oil & Gas Industry and Lubricants.

The Company is engaged in manufacture of Calcium Carbonate including Tooth Paste, Pharmaceuticals, PVC products, Rubber, Plastic, Polymer, Cable, Leather, Paper and Paints.
Upgradation of technology & continuous product development gave the Company strength to consolidate its position in the Indian market, and the first major milestone it achieved was in 1986 when the Company went Public.
