About National Oxygen Ltd

National Oxygen Limited (NOL) incorporated in December, 1974 was promoted by RajesH Kumar Saraf.
Presently, the Company manufactures industrial gasses both in liquid and gaseous form at plants situated at Pondicherry and Perundurai.
The plants situated at both places are performing at full rate capacity.
The clients of NOL consists mainly Government workshops, Public Sector units, Space and Petrochemical units.
Also serves to Steel sector, Pharmaceutical sector, Refrigeration units, Hospitals, Ship making & Repairing units other than Fabrication sector. From 1975-80, the company was mainly trading in industrial/medical gases. In 1980, NOL installed and commissioned its first oxygen plant with a capacity of 63 cu mtr ph, at Mathur in the Pudukottai district of Tamilnadu.

Neochem Bio Solutions Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm as a trading entity in the name of 'M/s Vinayak Dyes & Chemical Industries', pursuant to Deed of Partnership dated March 06, 1978 for carrying on the business of colour, chemicals and auxiliaries.
Vinayak Dyes & Chemical Industries was changed to 'Neochem Technologies' with effect from January 6, 2006 and further the firm was converted from Firm to Private Company from Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad at Gujarat on June 6, 2017 as 'Neochem Technologies Private Limited'.
Furthermore, the name of Company was changed from Neochem Technologies Private Limited to Neochem Bio Solutions Private Limited and Certificate of Name change dated March 18, 2025, was received by the Company.
