About National Oxygen Ltd

National Oxygen Limited (NOL) incorporated in December, 1974 was promoted by RajesH Kumar Saraf.
Presently, the Company manufactures industrial gasses both in liquid and gaseous form at plants situated at Pondicherry and Perundurai.
The plants situated at both places are performing at full rate capacity.
The clients of NOL consists mainly Government workshops, Public Sector units, Space and Petrochemical units.
Also serves to Steel sector, Pharmaceutical sector, Refrigeration units, Hospitals, Ship making & Repairing units other than Fabrication sector. From 1975-80, the company was mainly trading in industrial/medical gases. In 1980, NOL installed and commissioned its first oxygen plant with a capacity of 63 cu mtr ph, at Mathur in the Pudukottai district of Tamilnadu.

Later on, Company was converted into Public Limited Company and due to conversion, name of the Company changed to 'Saroja Pharma Industries India Limited' through fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 18, 2023.
