Through the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, the name of the Company has been changed to National Peroxide Limited and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated January 31, 2024, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. In 2023, pursuant to the Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst the Company and Naperol Investments Limited and NPL Chemicals Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors, the Chemical Business of the Company was transferred to NPL Chemicals Limited with effect from April 1, 2022 and Naperol Investments Limited got merged with the Demerged Company i.

Incorporated in October 1990, Seya Industries Limited is currently promoted by Ashok G Rajani, who have interests in two other companies , called as Vidhata Chemicals and Sriman Chemicals.
The Company, in April 1993, came out with a public issue of 33 lac equity shares, aggregating Rs 3.30 Crore to part-finance the Rs 28 Crore project to manufacture benzene-based organic chemicals.
