360 ONE WAM has allotted 2,78,704 equity shares under ESOS on 21 February 2025.
Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 39,26,47,757/- comprising of 39,26,47,757 equity shares of Re. 1/- each, to Rs. 39,29,26,461/- comprising of 39,29,26,461 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
