Aarti Industries allots 2,037 equity shares under ESOP

Aarti Industries has allotted 2,037 equity shares under ESOP on 24 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,81,25,96,250/- divided in to 36,25,19,250 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
