AAVAS Financiers allots 375 equity shares under ESOS

AAVAS Financiers has allotted 375 equity shares under ESOS on 20 February 2025. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 79,14,95,710 consisting of 7,91,49,571 equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each to Rs. 79,14,99,460 consisting of 7,91,49,946 equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each.
