Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 45,842 equity shares under ESOP on 23 June 2025. Consequent to the above allotment, the Paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company will increase to Rs 26,10,24,27,740 (i.e. 2,61,02,42,774 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
