Aditya Birla Capital allots 88,738 equity shares under ESOP

Aditya Birla Capital has allotted 88,738 equity shares under ESOP on 14 April 2025. Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 26,07,09,95,600 (i.e. 2,60,70,99,560 equity shares of face value Rs 10/- each).
