Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC has allotted 60,897 equity shares under EOSP on 16 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 1,44,14,83,190 (i.e. 28,82,96,638 equity shares of face value Rs 5 each).
