Board of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC approves incorporation of subsidiary in GIFT City

The Board of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC at its meeting held on 24 July 2025 has approved incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), Gujarat.
