Advait allots 1.04 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Advait Energy Transitions has allotted 1,04,031 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 10 July 2025. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,09,29,7380/- consisting of 1,09,29,738 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
