Advanced Enzyme Technologies allots 500 equity shares under ESOS

Advanced Enzyme Technologies has allotted 500 equity shares under ESOS on 19 March 2025. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 22,37,61,300 comprising of 11,18,80,650 equity shares of Rs 2 each to Rs 22,37,62,300 comprising of 11,18,81,150 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
