BSE SME Aegeus Technologies gets off to a flying start

The scrip was listed at Rs 124.50, marking an 18.57% premium to the initial public offer (IPO) price. The stock is currently locked in the 5% upper circuit over its listing price.

The counter hit a high of Rs 130.70 and a low of Rs 122. About 10 lakh shares changed hands on the BSE.

Aegeus Technologies' IPO was subscribed 24.30 times. The issue opened for bidding on 4 August 2026 and it closed on 6 August 2026. The price band of the IPO was fixed between Rs 100 to Rs 105 per equity share.

The IPO comprised a fresh issue of 22,58,400 shares. The company intends to utilise the net proceeds towards investment in product development, funding capital expenditure for setting up a manufacturing facility through the purchase of land and civil works, meeting working capital requirements to support business growth, and general corporate purposes.

Ahead of the IPO, Aegeus Technologies on 3 August 2026, raised Rs 6.01 crore from anchor investors. The board allotted 5.72 lakh shares at Rs 105 per share to 2 anchor investor.

Aegeus Technologies designs and develops robotic and intelligent automation solutions, primarily focused on robotic solar panel cleaning systems. Its portfolio includes Unicorn Smart, a fully autonomous water-free cleaning robot for utility-scale solar plants; Unicorn R2R, a semi-autonomous solution for large and mid-sized installations; and Shreem, a water-free robotic cleaning system for rooftop solar projects. The company also provides end-to-end solar operations and maintenance services, including annual maintenance contracts, Module Cleaning as a Service, field support and a regional service network backed by service hubs in Bengaluru and Rajasthan and spoke warehouses across multiple locations. As of 30 June 2026, Aegeus Technologies had 55 employees on its payroll and 33 contractual employees.

The company recorded revenue from operations of Rs 40.93 crore and net profit of Rs 4.01 crore for the period ended 31 March 2026.
