Affle 3i has allotted 63,234 equity shares under ESOS on 09 June 2025. Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 281,123,272/- divided into 140,561,636 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
