Affle India allots 44,000 equity shares under ESOS

Affle India has allotted 44,000 equity shares under ESOS on 09 August 2024. Consequently, the issued and subscribed share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 28,05,80,120/- divided into 140,290,060 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
