Board of Amba Enterprises recommends Final Dividend

Amba Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2024, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.0.50 per share (i.e.10%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
