AMJ Land Holdings appoints Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

AMJ Land Holdings has appointed Mr. Chinmay Pitre as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 with effect from 30th October, 2024.
