Angel One allots 23,093 equity shares under ESOP

Angel One has allotted 23,093 equity shares under ESOP on 29 August 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 901,349,130 comprising of 90,134,913 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
