APOLLO HOSPITALS ENTERPRISE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve Further to our letter dated 24th December 2024 and pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will be meeting on Monday February 10 2025 inter alia to consider the approval of the unaudited financial results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2024 and other related matters. Further in accordance with the Provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (as amended) and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window would continue to remain closed for Promoters Directors other connected persons and designated employees of the Company from January 1 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of financial results i.e. upto February 12 2025.
