Apollo Pipes allots 26.95 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

Apollo Pipes has allotted 26,95,000 equity shares on conversion of warrants on 06 November 2024. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 44,04,82,060/- divided into 4,40,48,206 equity shares of face value Rs. 10/- each.
