Aptech allots 1,000 equity shares under ESOP

Aptech has allotted 1000 equity shares under ESOP on 22 August 2024. With this, the company paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 57,99,48,690/- comprising of 5,79,94,869 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
