Arvind Fashions allots 1,500 equity shares under ESOS

Arvind Fashions has allotted 1,500 equity shares of Rs. 4/- each under AFL Employee Stock Option Scheme 2016 (ESOS 2016) to the employees on 23 August 2024, pursuant to exercise of stock options granted to them.
