Ashnisha Industries Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2025 inter alia to consider and approve 1. Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and nine month ended on 31st December 2024 as per Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015. Further pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company is currently closed for Promoters Directors and Designated Employees of the Company and will re-open after 48 hours subsequent to the declaration of Unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine month ended 31st December 2024. 2.
