Ather Energy grants 24,231 stock options under ESOP

Ather Energy has approved the grant of 24,231 Employee Stock Options (ESOPs) under Ather Energy ESOP 2025 (ESOP Plan) to the eligible employees of the Company on 28 November 2025.
