Avalon Technologies allots 1.39 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Avalon Technologies has allotted 139,005 equity shares under ESOP on 03 September 2024. Post allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 13,19,69,540 comprising of 6,59,84,770 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
