Avantel has allotted 9,580 equity shares under ESOP. Consequent to this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from 24,47,26,240 equity shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs.48,94,52,480/- to 24,47,35,820 equity shares of Rs.2/- each aggregating to Rs.48,94,71,640/-.
