Bajel Projects has allotted 17,850 equity shares under ESOP on 30 June 2025. Post this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company shall comprise of 11,56,20,535 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid-up amounting to Rs. 23,12,41,070/-.
