Bajel Projects has allotted 21,857 equity shares under ESOP on 21 February 2025. Post this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid-up capital of the Company shall comprise of 11,56,02,685 equity shares of Rs.2 each fully paid-up amounting to Rs 23,12,05,370/-.
