Banco Products alltos 7.15 cr equity shares under bonus issue

Banco Products (India) has allotted 7,15,18,650 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares in the proportion of 1:1. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs 28,60,74,600 comprising of 14,30,37,300 equity shares of Rs 2 each.
