Board of Birla Corporation approves NCD issuance up to Rs 200 cr

The Board of Birla Corporation at its meeting held on 8 August 2024 has approved the issuance of redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto Rs 200 crore on private placement basis.
