To consider the proposal for sub-division/split of Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company in such manner as the Board may determine. 3. To shift the registered office of the company from the state of Maharastra to Gujarat. 4. To call the Extraordinary General Meeting (EoGM) of the Company and approve the draft Notice of EoGM. 5.
