Board of Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency recommends Final Dividend

Bombay Cycle & Motor Agency announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2025, has recommended a Final Dividend of Rs.5 per share (i.e.50%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
