Borosil has allotted 3,700 equity shares under ESOS on 23 June 2025. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,95,51,311 divided into 11,95,51,311 equity shares of the face value of Re.1/- each.
