Borosil allots 39,153 equity shares under ESOP

Borosil has allotted 39,153 equity shares under ESOP on 19 September 2024. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 11,94,15,654 divided into 11,94,15,654 equity shares of face value of Re.1/- each.
