Borosil Renewables allots 8,000 equity shares under ESOS

Borosil Renewables has allotted 8,000 equity shares under ESOS on 17 September 2024. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 13,05,45,795 divided into 13,05,45,795 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/-each.
