Borosil Scientific has allotted 15,996 equity shares under ESOP on 24 March 2025. Pursuant to the aforesaid allotment of equity shares, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 8,89,33,303 divided into 8,89,33,303 equity shares of Re 1 each.
