Borosil Scientific allots 8,235 equity shares under ESOP

Borosil Scientific has allotted 8,235 equity shares under ESOP on 18 February 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 8,89,17,307 divided into 8,89,17,307 equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each.
