Board of Capital Infra Trust recommends dividend

Capital Infra Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 27 February 2025, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 12.71 per equity Share (i.e. 12.83%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
