Board of Capital Infra Trust recommends interim dividend

Capital Infra Trust announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 2.61 per equity Share (i.e. 2.63%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
