Capital Small Finance Bank allots 20,250 equity shares under ESOP

Capital Small Finance Bank has allotted 20,250 equity shares under ESOP on 11 September 2024. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 45,06,91,870 consisting of 4,50,69,187 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
