To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and nine month ended December 31 2024. 2. To consider and take on record the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and nine month ended December 31 2024. 3. To consider and declare the 3rd Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 if any. 4.
