Cartrade Tech allots 50,000 equity shares under ESOP

Cartrade Tech has allotted 50,000 equity shares under ESOP on 13 August 2024. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 47,30,00,850, consisting of 4,73,00,085 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each.
