Chemfab Alkalis Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/05/2025 inter alia to consider and approve In line with the requirements of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday 14th May 2025 at 12:00 PM (IST) to consider and approve inter-alia the following businesses: - i) Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the Quarter and Year Ended 31st March 2025. ii) Declaration of Dividend subject to the approval of Shareholders if any. Further pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation 2015 the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company has already commenced and the same shall remain closed for a period of 48 hours from the dissemination of results with the Stock Exchanges.
