The Board of Coforge at its meeting held on 04 March 2025 has approved the alteration in the equity share capital of the Company by sub-division of existing equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, fully paid-up into 33,43,65,495 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2 each, fully paid-up.
