Coforge allots 98,335 equity shares under ESOP

Coforge has allotted 98,335 equity shares under ESOP on 11 July 2025. With this allotment, the paid up equity share capital has increased to 334,524,330 equity shares of face value of Rs. 2/- each aggregating to Rs. 669,048,660.
