Coforge Inc. completes acquisition of Rythmos Inc.

Coforge Inc., the wholly owned subsidiary of Coforge, has completed the acquisition of 100% stake in of the outstanding shares of Rythmos Inc. from its stockholders in accordance with the Stock Purchase Agreement.
